Gleison Bremer would potentially be one of the most profitable Juventus players this summer. However, the management would rather keep him than cash in on him, even though his departure would significantly increase their economic firepower, Tuttomercatoweb’s Mirko Di Natale reported.

Manchester United have been keeping tabs on him, and Chelsea have joined the fray as of late. His release clause comes into effect next year following a recent renewal. Though, it sets his price tag for the upcoming window too. The Bianconeri will evaluate offers north of €70M.

According to Alfredo Pedullà, likely new Juventus coach Thiago Motta holds Bremer in high regard. The former Torino ace doesn’t have a ton of experience in a four-man rearguard, but the Bologna gaffer sees him as a pillar and a top player.

Considering that, the defender would need to push to depart. The 27-year-old joined in 2022 from Torino in a €47M move. He has racked up 82 appearances and scored 8 goals since. He has four caps with Brazil but wasn’t called for the 2024 Copa America.

Our Take on Bremer

The tactical switch shouldn’t be too traumatic, as he has been playing in a standard and not too aggressive line in Turin. His ball-handling might not be up to Motta’s standards, but he makes up for that elsewhere. He has agreed to a new long-term contract in recent months, so his future is more secure than a few of their other centerpieces, but it’ll come down to the bids he’ll draw.
